20-May-2011 COTAPSA Wins 2008 Re-Earnable Performance Pay for Non-Union Employees City Council, at its meeting of May 19th, adopted a Report recommending that the City pay eligible non-union employees their 2008 re-earnable performance pay. 05-May-2011 Shift Bonus Rate Increase COTAPSA is pleased to advise our Members that we were able to secure a Shift Bonus rate increase and retroactive payments effective immediately. 05-May-2011 Ministry Rules in COTAPSA's Favour The Ministry of Labour are upholding COTAPSA's Employment Standards Act Complaint for unpaid wages and the City of Toronto has contravened the Employment Standards Act. 25-Feb-2011 "Perseverance has paid off!" City Council Adopts Non-Union Employee Compensation City Council adopted the Employee and Labour Relations Committee and the Executive Committee recommendations.
